Most Moms
 rarely take an hour to care for themselves, let alone find time to explore wellness goals with a trained professional.  But, as a mother of 1 and step-mom of 2, I know first hand that to be the best mom you can be, you first need to be the best YOU, and that includes nourishing yourself with healthy food, exercise, spirituality, and self-care.   As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a nurturing, supportive environment that motivates you to inquire about, articulate, and achieve your goals.  No one diet or lifestyle works for every body.  That's why diets always fail.  I will provide you tools and guide you to an empowered place of knowing what works for YOUR body so you create sustainable improvements in your health.  This way, as you go through life, you will be able to navigate changes in your body and environment with grace and maintain all the progress you make with me.



Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. The problem with these approaches is, that some people will thrive on a Vegan diet, while others do best with a more Paleo approach.  Some people need lots of protein to sustain their energy and do best restricting their carbs, while others thrive with whole grains and don't need much protein.  Furthermore, the "calorie-in, calorie-out" approach is antiquated and will not work -- you simply can not sustain counting calories long-term.  Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I will coach you to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation.
