2 T high quality organic extra virgin olive oil
2 T vinegar (I use red wine or rice)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1-2 tsp dijon or stone ground mustard
1-2 tsp honey or a few drops stevia to taste (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together and serve immediately before olive oil and vinegar separate. If they separate, simply re-whisk and serve.
