1.  Wash all produce

2.  Add liquid to blender first, then seeds and maca, then greens and berries or fruit of choice

2 servings


20 oz water (or almond milk or coconut water)

4 oz aloe vera juice or gel

2 T chia seeds

2 tsp maca powder

2-3 cups supergreens (or any green of choice)

1 small beet

3/4 - 1 1/2 cups berries of choice (depending on sweet preference)


1.  Add liquid to blender

2.  Add chia seeds and maca powder

3.  Add greens and fruit

4.  Blend
